Order and Shipment Notifications
An email notifications will be sent upon receipt of your order, and followed by another once your order has shipped with tracking number.
All prices shown on site are in US Dollars. Pricing subject to change due to Gemstone availability.
We are required by law to collect sales tax for orders shipped within the state of Arizona.
Order Processing Time
Once you place your order it takes 1 to 2 business days to process and prepare your order to ship. Orders ship on Monday, Wednesday & Friday from our studio in Arizona. We not ship on weekends or holidays. You will be sent an order confirmation via e-mail once your order has been received and then another notice with tracking number(s) when your order has shipped. *Note - Shipping time does not include the days to process and prepare your order to ship.
Costs are calculated after you have added items to your shopping cart and are based on weight, zone and service level chosen. Retail orders over $35 receive free domestic standard shipping.

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes! We ship using USPS Priority INTL to select locations around the world. If you are not seeing INTL shipping as an option for your location feel free to contact us for help. Customers are responsible for customs and duty fees. Free shipping promotions are for domestic shipping only.
